Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KonxiOS, including our website, waitlist, authentication flows, and Mac desktop application currently in launch. By accessing or using KonxiOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, downloading our Mac app, logging in through supported authentication providers, or otherwise using KonxiOS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use KonxiOS. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You may be required to create an account or authenticate using third-party login providers such as Google, X, or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or present security, legal, or operational risk.
3. Social Login and Third-Party Services
KonxiOS may allow or require sign-in through third-party authentication providers including Google, X, and GitHub. Your use of those services is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the relevant provider.
We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, account restrictions, data handling practices, or policy changes of third-party providers. If a provider disables access to your account or changes its services, your ability to access KonxiOS may be affected.
4. Use of the Services
KonxiOS is an all-in-one AI operating system that may provide productivity tools, AI-powered workflows, interfaces, recommendations, generated outputs, and related features across web and desktop environments.
You agree to use the services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where prohibited by law, distribute malware, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
5. AI Features and Generated Output
KonxiOS may use artificial intelligence models and supporting infrastructure to generate responses, automate tasks, analyze content, or assist with workflows. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose and should be reviewed before reliance.
You are responsible for your use of any generated output, including decisions made based on that output. KonxiOS does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
6. User Content and Inputs
You may provide prompts, files, text, messages, and other content through KonxiOS. You retain ownership of your content to the extent permitted by law, but you grant KonxiOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use KonxiOS to:
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, transmit, or generate harmful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or malicious content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, breach, or circumvent security measures or access non-public areas of the service.
• Use the services to build a competing product by unauthorized extraction, scraping, or automated harvesting of protected content or system outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
The KonxiOS services, including software, branding, design, interfaces, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to KonxiOS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, these Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, source code, or proprietary materials.
9. Beta, Launch, and Availability
Because KonxiOS and the Mac desktop application may be in launch, preview, or beta stages, certain features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain bugs, or be temporarily unavailable. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
10. Fees and Paid Features
Some features of KonxiOS may be offered free of charge during launch. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, usage limits, or premium features in the future. If we do, additional commercial terms may apply and will be presented to you before purchase or subscription.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
KonxiOS is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KonxiOS and its founders, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the services.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KonxiOS and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to KonxiOS at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or others, or where required by law. You may stop using the services at any time.
15. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, app, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of KonxiOS after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where KonxiOS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You may customize this section later with your preferred governing law and venue.
